For approximately the past two years, I have been calling and making appointments to have blood tests and foot care services. I have been very impressed by the quality of services I have been receiving and that is why I am sending this complimentary note today.

Whenever I would have my foot care done I would always ask Nurse Galina for a receipt for insurance purposes. In the beginning, the insurance company would have no trouble paying for this service but more recently, they have been refusing to pay my claim stating that the person giving the services does not meet their standards to qualify to dispense foot care services. I contacted my insurance company representative and asked what they would require to have your company qualify. I discussed this matter with Nurse Galina and she provided me with the necessary documents, which I forwarded on to the insurance company. Three weeks later, I received a response from my Insurance Company indicating that Nurse Galina does have the necessary qualifications to practice foot care services for “Les Entreprise PHLEB”.

This result is good for me in that they will now pay my claims but it is even more beneficial to your company (Les Entreprise PHLEB) because your company is now on record at my insurance company that your nurses qualify to dispense these services. Hopefully, if other police officers or anyone else for that matter become clients of yours, they won’t run into this problem.

In the letter I sent to the Insurance Company I compared your services to the services I was receiving from a Podiatrist (a Doctor) who was charging almost twice as much as your company does for approximately twenty minutes of work. I must say that Nurse Galina is a credit to your company. The care she provides is of professional quality and her personality is a bonus to go along with this wonderful service. Whenever foot care health issues come up in the conversations at our retirement residence, I make it a point to describe the wonderful services I receive from your company especially done by Nurse Galina.

It is a pleasure for me to let you know how I feel about something as important as foot care and I assure you I will continue to use your services and promote them whenever I can.
